Mark Zglobicki joined Senator Moore’s Office in June 2021. As General Counsel, Mark works on Senator Moore’s budget responsibilities, legal issues, and matters related to the Senate Post Audit and Oversight Committee, which is chaired by Senator Moore.

Prior to joining Senator Moore’s Office, Mark served as an Associate General Counsel for the Massachusetts Office of the Inspector General. As a member of the OIG’s Legal Division, he assisted with matters related to employment, ethics, and internal policies and procedures. He also assisted with investigations into fraud, waste and abuse in the expenditure of public funds.

 Mark is a graduate of Binghamton University and Suffolk University Law School.
