An Act to establish a registry of caretakers found to have substantiated abuse against persons with intellectual or developmental disability
Requires the Disabled Persons Protection Commission to establish and maintain a Massachusetts Registry of Abusers of Persons with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities and prohibits the Department of Developmental Services or an employer from utilizing the services of a person whose name appears on the registry.
