Sen. Moore accompanied five other members of the State Senate to meet with members of the National Assembly of Québec to discuss regional cooperation on energy and climate change.

In an effort to reduce underage exposure to harmful indoor tanning bed rays, Sen. Moore announced that the Senate unanimously passed legislation which would prevent persons under the age of eighteen from using or operating an indoor tanning device.

Sen. Moore announced that the Massachusetts Senate passed legislation relative to motor vehicle license suspensions. 

Sen. Moore submitted written testimony to the Legislature’s Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture in support of legislation that would require labeling of food with Genetically Modified Organisms or “GMOs.”

Sen. Moore announced that the Senate passed legislation that works to restore the titles of foreclosed properties after thousands of foreclosure sales in Massachusetts were determined to be void as the result of state Supreme Judicial Court decisions.
